How
Do SARMs Work?
Selective androgen receptor modulator
(SARM) is a drug that is similar to anabolic steroids. It has the ability to
increase muscle growth like steroids and also fat loss but on a smaller scale.
Unlike steroids, though they can target a single androgen in your body.
The androgen receptors are found in
different parts of the body like the muscle tissue, the bones, the liver, and
the prostate gland. SARMs can selectively connect and link to these receptors.
Types
of SARMs
There are quite a few SARMs
available on the market and some are stronger than other brands. Some of the
most popular SARMs include LGD-3303, LGD-4033, MK-2866, MK677, and GSX-007.
Keep in mind that the reason the names are alphanumeric is that they are
currently only sold as research chemicals.
MK-2866 is sometimes known as Ostarine
and this option is considered the mildest and safest type of SARM that is
available. It has been shown to help people bulk up, add bone mass, and cut
some weight.
LGD 4033 is similar to MK-2866 but
it is 12 times stronger. It is great for regulating and developing the
reproductive systems of the body and with developing the immune system. This
option is also great for bulking so it is highly recommended for bodybuilders
and fitness enthusiasts.
MK677 has the ability to foster the
secretion of growth hormone in the body. Some benefits are that it will boost
your appetite and they will enhance your sleep quality as well. You will also
notice body fat loss soon after taking MK677.

How
Are They Different From Steroids?
Although we mentioned earlier that
they are similar to steroids they are different. SARMS follow a different
mechanism than steroids. This means that they can be beneficial without causing
all of the side effects that steroids cause.
This does not mean that SARMs do not
have side effects but they are not as intense or as severe as the side effects
that steroids cause. Although you might still experience something like nausea
it will be on a much smaller scale than the side effects from steroids.
