Alright so my posts are slowing down… and the new album UNTITLED is in stores… and Bill O’ Reilly keeps talking shit about me and hip-hop in general.
Fuck that… I know a lot of you guys were waiting for this “What It Is” track. I wasn’t gonna leak it but now that it’s hit the internet, here’s the MP3 link below:

Yo Nas, Bill O’Reilly can go eat a dick, don’t bother responding to him because he’s too far beneath any human. Time is money and he ain’t worth it! When he learns to flow then bring on the war of words, for real
Bought Untitled when it came out, absolutely love it. Took a few listens to grow on me though and that’s why I think a few reviewers (Pitchforkmedia) gave it a low rating.
Much needed real-talk after a year of “Crank Dat” and “Lollipop”

Just to add on, O’Reilly commented that the album hadn’t done as well as HHID commercially. If he had actually seen the amount of publicity each album received he’d know why! Sadly it hasn’t done well in my country either.. at such a crucial time when we need social awareness too.

Yo Nas, keep doint it!! Stay relevant, stay in the public’s eye, your album sale will pick up just like your ultimate classic “Illmatic” did over the year, “Untitled” has the same type of capability, this album is classic and it will get promoted by your Street Diciples such as my self over the year.
One other thing, I posted a suggestion about a month ago, about you doing big time tour with Alicia Keys (Best of Both Worlds), this hook up will definitely sell out stadiums and arenas, you can also invite the likes of Damian Marley, Black Starr, Common, hell even invite Eminem, etc. for small performances within the show; this kind of grand event will definitely bring your message out to the massess a wide audience and will help promote “Untitled” even more. Think about my brother!!

Whaddup Nas, I bought the album when it dropped, I liked it off the bat, but after listening it to a couple times it really grew on me. I know shit is good when music/lyrics makes me tingle, and I was feeling lots from Untitled. Keep speaking your mind man, and keep speaking on what you have….not enough people know what the fucks goin on in America our country and a lot don’t wanna know, but thats where you step in…..cause you could hear and feel no bullshit in your voice/delivery all across the record which seals the deal on a record like untitled. Its goin down in the books. And I just wanna say thanks for everything….you’re the first emcee I really listened to, opened a lot of doors for me and dropped a lot of knowledge for me, especially since we’re worlds apart (considering I’m a white kid from LA.) But keep doin it man, and FUCK papa bear bill!!

but it is a cool song, very good too but just a single… cuz hero is also a single but hot with a special beat that ain’t really bizarre, the other ish ain’t bizzare but much more cuz the other joints are totally different. u see …
but UNTITLED is great, cuz nas is !

I’ve listened to “Untitled” at least 30+ times since it dropped and every time I hear it, it gets better and better. This album shows that there is still some creativity left in the Rap world and that you don’t always have to sing about jewels, hoes and cars to get people to listen.
Before the album dropped, I made a bet with several co-workers stating that if NaS dropped a commercial or a dud, I will never mention, support or buy another album. I did this, because I knew he was coming with classic and to no surprise, I was right. Now the harshest critics at my job talks about “Untitled” more than I do.
As for Bill O’Really, he gives the definition of “Dickhead” is a whole new meaning. He’s now attacking Luda, again, for the lyrics in one of his songs; calling him a thug and a failed business man. Is he serious!? Why hasn’t he played clips from “Sly Fox” on live TV and critique the lyrics expressed in that song? Seriously, FUCK O’Really and any of his supporters.
I’ve been a NaS activist since 1996, when I permanently borrowed the Illmatic tape from this girl in Trinidad. If you don’t think NaS is the NO# 1 rap artist, you’re either deaf, in a coma or both.
NaS, just want to thank you for always being a part of the solution and for putting out such great and thought provoking music like Purple and Black Zombie. I’d also like to thank you for staying longer than you had to at the Virgin Mega store to sign my CD’s; I was the 2nd last person on that line.
Also man, don’t keep us starving for too long! When is that next album dropping? And can we get regular updates on this site; I had to go to YouTube to get the appearance you made on Colbert. What’s up with that?

Anybody with two brain cells does not take the O’Reilly shtick seriously. He sexually harasses women (ref. Andrea Mackris) and is a downright liar (ref . Malmedy massacre). He’s a narcissistic loon backed by a corporate giant. And it’s no surprise that he targeted album sales, rather than the issue of Faux News propaganda poignantly raised by Nas.

the album is so upfront about topics that ive been trying to reach to niggaz but for some reason they are fucking ignorant and only listen to certain entertainers.dont endorse obama cuz he will win anyways cuz he is a relative of either bush or cheney.the media wants u to think that mccain is winning and they andorse him more positive so that the people think that obama is losing and people bash him for our sympathy to vote for him.trust no president.he rejected ludas help and he is a sellout uncle tom.do your homework my nigga.prodigy has opened his eyes and hopefully more will follow.think about it man this government is set up for certain people to have power.please study more than just freemasons and satanic fox news.study the bible and study about skull and bones, and the satanic hand signal and how many people in the business use it.go to youtube.

I just want to thank you for putting out quality music that is fun to listen too; and that carries a message at the same time. NaS,
The album is amazing, NaS. I’ll have you know I changed the album name from Untitled to its proper name on iTunes immediately after I bought it. Truth has never sounded so good. Somebody needs to stand up for the people and if I could pick anyone it would be you. Keep on fighting, I believe in you and I know I’m not alone. To me, O’Reilly is exactly what is wrong with America. He is a bigot and a racist that is propagating discrimination and breeding racism in the hearts of Americans. He needs to be stopped.

I really hate that everybody dont understand how good this album is for the simple fact Nas makes it so hard for other rappers to talk about something else besides all of their material belongings. Cuz now thats all it takes to make a song these days. This album will challenge everything that follows behind it because right now the bar is exponentially raised higher than I have ever seen it in a long time. Its sad that our people dont want to listen to the truth to open their eyes rather than trying to dance it aint the time for that right now with all this injustice going on around the world wake up people wake up!

Absolutely love the new album.
What’s happening with your Australian tour though? Me and a couple of friends have still got tickets from the cancelled 2007 Hip Hop is Dead tour (which are supposedly still valid if new dates are announced). I’ve been trying almost every day since November to track down any info on rescheduled dates.
I really hope an Australian tour is rescheduled like the cancellation announcements mentioned. Please, Nas, could you post an update on what’s happening with the Australian tour? You’ve got so many huge fans down here waiting to see you in concert.
Please Nas! PLEASE ANNOUNCE SOME NEW TOUR DATES AND COME TO AUSTRALIA! I can’t stand the suspense…

I GOT YA ALBUM NOW! IT’S A HOT ALBUM AND NO MATTER HOW MANY YOU SELL,YOU’RE STILL ONE OF THE ILLEST MCs! People just don’t know one when they see one! One question though. Why did you perform on Wendy Williams which is on the Fox Network. You came out with Sly Fox which you bashed Fox but it was Fox News that you bashed. So if it was Fox channel in general then why did you perform. Personally,I would have performed on Fox channel anyway. Why?Because I feel that if they talked shit about me,I’m going to get back at them by performing on their channel and say what I want and I’m gonna’ get paid. What do you think Nas?

This album solified what I’d been feeling for the longest, that Nas is the greatest MC of all time. I knew it would b a ill album, but feared it possibly might be a lecture of black history and maybe might not be as interesting an album, but I kept the faith in Nas and waited for the release. I’ve been waiting since December, so forgive the kid for listening to almost every leak that dropped when they dropped like crazy that day. I finally had the album and only like 3 tracks were new 2 me, and i had to restrain myself from listening to them online. I definetely got the iTunes and the hardcopy CD. This CD is such a Hip Hop CD, official status. Touches on everything in a way and manner Nas does best, keeping you hooked with great lyrics and perfect matching beats. It’s a classic CD to me and really blows EVERYTHING about this world out of the water. My favorite track, We’re Not Alone, was so incredible to me. Like I said, it blew EVERYTHING out of the water. Talking about UFO is like pioneer for hip hop, and it wasn’t corny or played out or stupid, it was hot. Fried + Chicken = Classic. Busta really stepped the fuck up for that song. I heard Common was supposed to be on it though, which I would have LOVED! Loved every track, just don’t see Make The World Go Round as necessary, but Game RIPPED the fuck outta the track. Classic CD Nas made, seriously. Fuck FOX, tho admittedly I keep fuckin with the Simpons, lol.

“Untitled” Album is an instant classic. I think the message is very clear throughout the album and will not be questioned by any of the haters; Nas is the voice of the movement! This is the best album I ever heard! My all time favorite album. I put this one at the top with Illmatic. I don’t skip a single track on this album. I don’t get how any critics can give this less than a perfect rating…
Let me say it like this. Yes, I’m black, but no, I’m not from the ghetto, no, I’m not from the U.S. I’m from Toronto Canada, from a strong family. Even though I’m an engineer wearing business clothes and all that everyday, I still experience racism. Not necessarily verbal, but more nonverbal. Like like people afraid to sit near me on a train, people who give me dirty looks for no reason, or my next door neighbor who had the confederate flag up on his house and wouldn’t talk to my family, hoping we would move away. Even though I’m well educated, I’m still treated as subhuman to many out there.
From Nas’ new album, I learned a lot about black American history which they don’t teach us in Canadian schools. They don’t teach us anything about the American Civil War, Jim Crow laws, Lewis Farahkhan, etc. After hearing Nas’ album, I spent days learning about all of those things on Wikipedia.
I think Nas’ music is very important in that it gets the message out there. It allows people to walk through life as he has seen it, growing up in the ghetto, and life in America as a whole, to people who don’t know anything about it. For people from other worlds outside of the ghetto, to really know what’s going on. To me, Nas is the ghetto’s voice.

Hey Nas,
First off i dunno how the album is doing money wise but im sure your not greedy for money, but hungry for respect. Regardless of what it sells this album is a masterpiece and carries a serious message only you could deliver.
I am white and i come from Sighthill in Edinburgh, Scotland (home of the true Bravehearts) and your message hits me hard because i am a nigger too not in skin colour but the fact that the harder i try to better myself and the world, the harder those who control the world make it for me to better myself, i went into a music store (H.M.V) to buy NIGGER (Untitled) and asked for it by it’s Nas given name not the corporate censured one and i got dirty looks like i was a racist or something but the problem isnt the word its the reaction that the word causes.
Like i said im a Nigger too because a Nigger to me is someone oppressed by the powerful because the powerful fear what they may become. And this album helped me realise that.

I like the CD a lot… It’s complicated on issues, but not complex like your other CDs… I mean I bumped Street’s Disciple for like 8 months straight… With Untitled I can’t really do that… I don’t hear something different every time I play it… But I am amazed at how you talked about issues… You really made something musical out of heavy burden of the word… It’s great…
Good CD>. I can’t wait for the next one…I’m still looking for more.. Still Dreamings… Testify… Book of Rhymes…. etc…

Hey, LOVE the new cd & the mixtape. You did a great job exploring numerous issues while never straying from core element which gives the album a clear vibe. No weak tracks, truly a cd where you can just press play and listen. Wouldnt call it a classic because that word gets thrown around WAY too much, but its definately the best album ive herd thats been put out in the last 5 years. Each song has a unique feel to it, and the beat selection was excellent. Like all your work, I think this is gonna be one of those albums that people will appreciate more as time passes. Keep it up your the only dude in hip-hop who keeps it real on every track. You said it best yourself “10 years never been done this real by nobody”, well now its 14 and no one comes close. Nas, This is your best album yet, and the best Album I’ve heard in years! You should do more to market it to college heads, especially in NYC, we’ve been dying for music like this! Bill O’Reilly wasn’t getting at you when you were promoting street songs only, but now that it became political, you became a target. However, if you really want to go after Bill O’Reilly, you have to go after Murdoch (News Corp), and the mainstream media in general, and you should start speaking at colleges and educate the young minds and get involved to speaking more to high school kids, if you really want to start a cultural movement and replace Messy Jessy and Farrakhan.

My wife had a dream a couple of days ago with me and you performing together on stage. Weird, but I must tell you that since “It was written” in 1996 you’ve been my favorite rapper. Not only because of your creativity, knowledge, your deepness, your lyricism, and the style you have. But also because I’ve heard much of your songs with the knowledge of us being Israelites or the fact the Blacks in America are Israelites by blood. This knowledge is the best kept secret of Black America. I copped the CD “Untitled”. Instant classic!
I sent you a link about the Ancient Israelites being black. Check in and tell me what you think about it. I truely believe that if all Blacks have this knowledge of self AND apply themselves as such this will be when our true potential as a people will come forth.
This positive, enlightning and uplifting video shows a group of Israelites that are totally different from the hatemongering, sexist and embarrassing Hebrew Israelites that are on the street corners of New York. These guys are very different. It’s a must see!!!

IWW: One of the most creative LPs to EVER hit stores; hands down. Some of your most slept on tracks ever, “made it like that” and “silent murder”! 5 out of 5.
I AM: Much more gloss than the previous two, an imperfect classic in its own right. 4.5.
Nastradamus: This album has gems on it. Platinum plaque notwithstanding, I appreciated you heading back to the drawing board when the the tracks leaked. The issue was the tracks that leaked were hands down some of your best work. The replacement material wasn’t of the same caliber… 4 out of 5.
**Had that album been released in its original form, as a double LP, it would still be embedded in everyone’s mind as the BEST double LP EVER made w/o question!
QB Finest: I know this isn’t a Nas studio LP but you had many gems on this album. Every verse you laid down was sick, Street glory, Self-conscious, teenage thug….. Classic.
Stillmatic: WOW. I spent many nights arguing w/ my friends after that bullshit “take over” track came out and then the LP dropped and everyone was silenced. I never doubted you for a moment. Thank you. 5.0.
The Lost Tapes: Masterpiece. Done! 5 out of 5.
God’s Son: It was breathe of fresh air.I felt the music. Personally, I didn’t feel “hey nas” really had a place on the album. 4.5 out of 5
Street’s Disciple: I felt it had all the aspects of a Classic Double LP. I think it was misunderstood but well received by those that did. 4.5 out of 5
Hip-Hop is Dead: Off topic once or twice, I loved it. How did “where yall at?” not make the final cut? WOW, that song is ridiculous! 4.5 out of 5.
Untitled: Whatever you used or whatever you found inspiration in, please don’t stop.
The emphasis conveyed in your vocals was inspiring. Your flow was as sharp as ever and the concepts were amazing. It was exactly what was missing.
Hero is an unbelievable song, it’s a perfect example of the emphasis and enthusiasm I mentioned prior. I can’t believe it isn’t getting the attention it deserves!
Only flaw in my eyes is the “make the world go around”, the song doesn’t fit, I would have been happy to see “Be a Ni** too” or “war” in it’s place…
Honestly, the other tracks are so hard and lyrical, “make the world go round” is hardly even noticed and this album is deemed an instant classic (period).
Nas aka Your favorite rapper’s, favorite rapper.
Please release another lost tapes album (a double album if need be), let those gems see the light of day!

Nas I have fallen in love with this new album, because hearing the truth on this record really makes me challenge myself even harder each day to overcome my past hurt, guilt, and the hood-mindset. I really hope more people like me take this record and apply it to our daily living, because the truth is right in front of our eyes and many of us like myself isn’t aware of that… Until someone like you and many others speak out and encourage me and others to seek the forbidden knowledge.
Love Ya Nas,
Daphne

Someone needs to do something about this website, i like switching through the pages but its a bit annoying that whenever i do, the player resets and plays the first, usually same, song. It should load so that the player is off till someone presses play. The most most dangerous MC is….

Peace god. Much respect to you Nas. Man. I am really feeling You can’t stop us now. Me and my brother listen to that and analyze break it down. You can’t stop us now makes us feel like nothing can deviate us from our goals. It has us on some real revolution evolution way of thinking. …really really feeling it. The intro couldn’t have been sicka than it was…”All of these false prophets is not Messiahs.” WHy don’t they know what pi is? Slap them. In anycase me and my brothers listen to and analyze your album on a daily basis. I got this album last week and I haven’t stopped listening to it yet. It has a God’s Son feel to it BUT MAN, I feel like I’m 13 again and I just picked up Illmatic. The feelin is incredible like IT’s CHRISTMAS time…Nas words alone can change the world as words alone made this world born. You know? So what you are doing is so incredible, just by teaching us, just by dropping knowledge you secure the future you ensure that some part of the future will continue the struggle long after we are gone. I am really REALLY thankful we had guys like you and Wu-Tang the list goes on to really show us how to do this. Fo ril. Sick. The album is Sick. I copped every album. Every album. Fuck these lil lil ho snitches! You don’t NEED ‘EM! Peace, blessins an nuff respeck

This album…is not the greatest, sorry but only about half the songs were made by the REAL NAS…..other half from JayZ clone. I have NO idea why he linked up with CB in Make World Go around, Cb pathetic and these lines were…well disappointing..
Y’all is ringtone platinum
But .99 cents adds up
I don’t hate ‘em, I congratulate ‘em
We all “want” to love you, but this album, well isn’t you.

Are the album sales increasing? Is the road work paying off? Nas, be nas. U don’t need my advice, but just, BE. Use all your creative genious. Yes, the modern day music industry is a fickle struggle, due to the bacteria & viral infection that has plagued us since (maybe) 1998. It hurts, but there has been no recent release (such as T.I ft Rihanna or Game ft. Lil Wayne) that you have not already done. Do them again when you work with Dre and Premo. To all fans, don’t just sit and blog. Be active in supporting rappers like Ice Cube’s Raw Footage too. God bless the fans. God bless Nas. Nas, whether you go “ghetto gold” or platinum plus, you are loved, appreciated and respected.
