To the gift of sound and fury - its the natural medium of movement - voice. Nas brings that distinct element in his music and in the movement. It’s held me down through my frustrations with the levels of hip-hop expression. Shit is true inspiration. Keep movin Nas, and I will definitely continue supporting and advancing the cause - not your cause, but the one that you push for each of us to define for ourselves - and only the individual can figure out their own. For me NaS, is the most lyrical rappers alive right now…more like a lyrical assain just when you thought the time of illmatic was in the past, he brings it back with this. making a spark in the hip-hop community.

Im white, and for me it doesnt matter at all and thats something nas is trying to do with this new album, for me the n****r album confused me at first, i kept thinking why would he try and do something like this when he knows he already held the world in the palm of his hand with previous albums like illmatic and Hip-Hop is dead.but what hes trying to is take away the power away from the word “N****r”.

its thanks to MC’s like NaS, that new/influnced rappers like Lupe fiasco, Kayne, and Nerd(phrallel) and …thats trying to kill the repetative concept that rap isnt all bout “bitches, bones, and blunts”

i wish him good luck in his new upcoming album, in hopes of making a positve impact on the…world.
